We hope you're staying safe and indoors as much as possible. In these uncertain times, Fatale London will continue to operate as usual. In our shipping policy we estimate delivery times and up until now we have been deliver on time with few delays. 

We are implementing and adjusting increased sanitization processes and we have decreased staff to process orders to ensure the safety of our employees. We are taking longer than usual to process orders due to this safety measures we have taken.  

Unfortunately, as COVID-19 continues to spread globally, these circumstances are changing daily. We are beginning to see delays in certain regions. 

We are experiencing customs delays due to COVID-19 within the United States of America, Italy and France.  We are unable to estimate how long customs will take with each parcel. We are trying our best to understand the delay and communicate that to you. 

At this time, it is with a heavy heart that we say, we will not be shipping any more orders to the United States and Australia for the next 30 days. After communicating with both the courier and the customs brokerage - it is unclear when the respective customs agencies will resume processing orders. Orders placed before April 15, for the United States have already been processed and shipped.

To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase - we have extended our return policy to 14 days after the delivery of your item. When the order was placed will not impact your ability to return your order if you wish. Our priority is to ensure that you are happy with the product that you receive.

We are dealing with delays on a case by case basis as not all parcels have been delayed. We encourage you to reach out to us at support@fatalelondon.com with your order number if you would like more information regarding your order or need help with a status update. 

We ask for your patience at this time as our couriers and your local government agencies work hard to clear your packages. We will update you as timelines become more clear.
